Giselle Rodriguez of the Army Corps of Engineers and Salvo Rodriquez of United way won Central Illinois Business magazine and News-Gazette Media's Woman of the Year and Man of the Year awards at Wednesday's Forty Under 40 event at Hilton Garden Inn, which hosted hundreds of people.
